Position OverviewWe are seeking passionate, dedicated, and creative English Teachers to join our remote teaching team. As an English Teacher at Planet Pathshala, you will deliver dynamic online English lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels. You will help learners build confidence, fluency, and accuracy in English communication, in line with Planet Pathshala's instructional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online English lessons via Planet Pathshala's virtual classroom platform.
- Create lesson plans and interactive activities tailored to students goals and proficiency levels.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Use digital teaching tools and multimedia resources to make lessons engaging.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of online or face-to-face teaching experience (especially in English).
- Excellent English language skills both spoken and written.
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, virtual whiteboards).
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet home workspace for online teaching.
Preferred Skills & Attributes- Familiarity with frameworks such as CEFR or curricula like IELTS.
- Ability to design creative, learner-centered activities.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation for remote work.
- Flexibility with schedules (may include evenings or weekends, depending on student time zones).
Working Hours- Flexible schedule.
- Some lessons may be scheduled in non-traditional hours to match student time zones.
