About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Engineering Recruiter with deep expertise in hiring for Core Engineering roles within a fast-paced MSP environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, manages high-volume requisitions, and consistently delivers top technical talent with speed, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume MSP environment, consistently meeting aggressive SLAs and time-to-fill targets
- Source, screen, interview, and submit high-quality engineering candidates across multiple roles simultaneously
- Recruit for Core Engineering roles, including:
- Electrical Engineers
- Manufacturing Engineers roles
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques to build strong engineering pipelines
- Partner closely with Account Managers, MSP partners, and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Ensure strict adherence to MSP processes, compliance standards, rate cards, and client-specific guidelines
- Maintain accurate, real-time updates in ATS and MSP systems
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, consulting, or MSP environments
- Strong track record of recruiting for Core Engineering / Technical roles
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven MSP model
- Strong understanding of software development technologies, cloud ecosystems, and engineering hiring trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
