SalesTech Solutions Leadership: Architect and scale Salesforce-based solutions (Agentforce, Salesworx.ai) and other integrated sales platforms (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
Practice Development: Build and scale a high-performing consulting and technology delivery team under Sales Transformation & SalesTech.
Revenue Ownership: Drive annual revenue targets through a mix of consulting services, managed services, and tech product sales.
Client Acquisition and Growth: Lead C-Suite conversations, present transformation roadmaps, and shape long-term client relationships.
Thought Leadership: Represent Worxwide in webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, and industry forums on digital sales, SalesTech, and automation.
Innovation: Champion the development of accelerators, reusable frameworks, and GTM
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in B2B sales transformation, sales consulting, Salesforce consulting, or SalesTech platforms.
Prior leadership roles in consulting firms (Big 4, Tier-2, or niche sales consulting firms) or SaaS SalesTech companies.
Deep knowledge of CRM ecosystems (preferably Salesforce), sales automation platforms, and digital selling strategies.
