Location : Hyderabad KPHB, Telangana

Role Description

This is a onsite position for a Technical Recruiter. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end US Non IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and industry trends, develop tailored hiring strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, reporting recruitment metrics, and contributing to process improvements for effective talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in US Non IT Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and technology platforms
• Knowledge of technical and engineering roles across industries is a plus
• Proven experience in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with an ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
