Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute installation of CNC machining centers
Plan and execute machining production as per daily plan.
Manpower planning & training for CNC machining centre
Drive Right First Time Quality production.
Achieve 100% Delivery targets.
Liaise with Quality, Manufacturing, maintenance to resolve issues.
Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, Quality circles.
Exposure to Lean manufacturing (5 S , TPM )
Hands on experience of CNC machining, Tooling & programming
Knowledge about basic concepts like work offset, height offset, cutting parameters calculation.
Knowledge about trouble shooting of machining problems.
Knowledge about fixturing and cutting tools and probe.
Knowledge of geometrical accuracies of CNC machines
Should be able to read machining drawing and should understand GD&TRole & responsibilities
