Managed and supervised an assembly line for electrical products, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Led and coordinated a team of 5060 operators, maintaining productivity and discipline on the shop floor.
Applied knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing practices such as 5S, DWM (Daily Work Management), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean, Kaizen, and QCC (Quality Control Circles).
Identified and resolved technical bottlenecks in production processes to support ramp-up and continuous flow.
Maintained accurate and timely documentation for DWM activities and production records.
Ensured strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and process layouts (PL), with regular monitoring and updates.
Improved productivity by eliminating non-value-added (NVA) activities and implementing Kaizen initiatives.
Managed material flow effectively, reducing rejection rates and minimizing waste.
