Job Description:
- Role Overview: Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne environments. Ensure system performance, availability, and security while supporting business operations and upgrades.
- System Administration: Manage CNC (Configurable Network Computing) architecture including environment setup, package builds, deployments, and server configuration.
- Upgrades & Migrations: Plan and execute JD Edwards upgrades, tools releases, and migration projects while ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency across development, test, and production environments.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain user profiles, roles, and security settings in alignment with organizational policies.
- Backup & Recovery: Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and system continuity.
- Integration & Automation: Support integrations with other ERP systems and tools; automate JDE administrative tasks using scripting and scheduling tools (e.g., JDE Tidal, Oracle infrastructure automation).
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, upgrades, and operational procedures ensuring compliance with IT standards.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in JDE CNC administration, including installation, upgrades, and environment management.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, CNC architecture, JDE Tidal, Oracle database, WebLogic, and Windows/Linux servers.
- Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a focus on system reliability and process optimization.
