- Respond promptly to customer service calls and provide technical guidance either onsite or through
- phone support.
- Conduct installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance as per standards.
- Prepare and submit a detailed report for every service callonsite or remotewithin the required
- timeline.
- Maintain proper documentation and data backup for all service activities.
- Schedule and plan customer visits based on priority, location, and service requirements.
- Provide service support across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Pondicherry,Andhra Pradesh, including travel
- for onsite jobs.
- Maintain and monitor spare-parts stock, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols during service execution.
- Provide customer training and technical guidance to improve equipment usage and reduce downtime.
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge through training and product updates.
- Electrical knowledge will be an added advantage

Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- 1-3 years experience in Industrial sales, preferably in power tools & hand tools
- Fluent in Tamil & English - Read/Write/Speak
- To be based in below locations - Chennai
- Ability to Travel & Meet customers regularly (Tamilnadu, Andhra & Karnataka, Pondicherry)
- Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation
