Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven engineer who enjoys working with real-world data, identifying hidden patterns, and translating insights into impactful decisions. This role will focus on EV field performance, post-repair validation, and component lifecycle analysis to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse field data to identify trends, failures, and performance gaps
• Perform post-repair performance analysis to assess refurbishment quality
• Track and evaluate component lifecycle data (failure trends, repeat issues, usage patterns)
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) using data insights
• Support the Procurement team by providing data insights for warranty claims and validations
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and R&D teams to drive design improvements and close feedback loops
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Provide actionable insights to improve fleet uptime and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement through structured data analysis

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or related fields)
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome)

Required Skills

• Strong interest in data analysis and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of SQL / Python / Power BI / Tableau is a plus
• Ability to identify patterns and derive insights from data
• Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
