Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Finance Analyst!
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Analyst who will be working closely with the client to review finance data and who can drive progress through effective communication and ensuring timely delivery by collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing daily reports, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and providing clear reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
.Managing and accessing that all necessary controls are in place to execute the end-to-end process smoothly as per contract Agreement.
.Processing of credits to align with the contractual T&Cs
.Contract review and monitoring.
.Weekly, monthly, quarterly report outs
.Should be able to drive customer interaction and work independently.
.Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
.Should be a team player and willing to work across various projects. Should be able to perform Value stream Mapping, Process health Check, Process compliance with contract terms and conditions. Add valuable inputs in taking the process to next level.
.Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders to gather updates, resolve issues and timelines.
.Follow-Up & Accountability: Maintain a sense of urgency by consistently following up with team members and stakeholders to obtain timely updates and necessary inputs. Drive accountability through effective communication and persistent tracking of action items.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
.Operations and Analytics work experience (About 2-3yrs)
.Bcom/MCom/BBA/MBA
.Proficiency in working on excel, Smartsheet.
.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and senior leadership.
.Flexible & adaptable to new challenges
.Aerospace experience is a must.

Preferred qualifications
.Strong follow-through and persistence in chasing status updates and clarifications.
.Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure.
.Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and continuous improvement
