Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive Fortune 50 Oncology Pharma client with programs such as Omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, Patiente service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging AI, MLOps and Cloud engineering from India, alongside Practice delivery leader
  • Able to deliver to client satisfaction (NPS 70+) $2.5-4MN annual revenue
  • Consolidate all AI initiatives in the account to enhance efficiency and growth opportunities.
  • Drive delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of Data scientists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineers, designers, domain consultants daily to execute task and project deliverables
  • Participate in daily account calls, representing the AI team and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts.
  • Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a long-term strategic partner, contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years proven track record of success in leading AI projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Cloud Engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including delivery oversight and resource management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience working with pharmaceutical clients is a plus.
