Role: Engagement Manager

Experience Level: 7+ Years

Work location: Chennai (Work from office)

Role & Responsibilities

  • As an Engagement Manager, you will be primarily responsible
    • Project planning and requirements gathering
    • Assist in designing execution roadmaps
    • Translate Roadmap items in user stories
    • Resource management and planning
    • Ability to listen, identify, and assess client needs and growth opportunities
  • Active participation in discussions and process improvement
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Platform Team, Solution Architects, and development teams for continuous improvement
  • Plan and manage projects in an Agile environment
  • Ability to partner with Q team to translate client growth opportunities into new business

Preferred Skills/tools

  • Should know English and Tamil
  • Solid experience in requirement gathering from multiple stakeholders and translating them into user stories
  • Solid experience in Cloud technologies especially GCP
  • Good to have experience in Data Migration projects (on-prem or other clouds to GCP)
  • Ability to establish, build, and nurture strong client relationships
  • Experience with Scrum Management tools like JIRA, Asana, etc
  • Experience in creating project plans
  • Communicate effectively across all the teams (Stakeholders, Dev teams, Product team)

Behavioral Skills

  • Effective communication (verbal and email) - Keeping various audiences in mind, the manager must write their reports in clear language accessible to all
  • Must also have the ability to interact with other members of the team (Juniors, Seniors, leads, clients) to get their designs from concept to development
  • Bring independent thought process and propose improvements
  • Strong technical and logical thinking
