Sales Target Achievement & Business Growth
• Achieve assigned sales targets across products, services, and solutions
• Identify and close new business opportunities in CPG/FMCG sector
• Drive acquisition of new and competitive accounts
• Expand revenue from existing strategic accounts
Strategic Account Management
• Develop structured strategic account plans for assigned customers
• Execute disciplined sales planning and opportunity management process
• Work closely with internal and partner teams to deliver account objectives
• Ensure alignment of customer goals with Rockwell Automation solutions
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
• Spend majority of time in customer-facing activities (minimum 70%)
• Build strong relationships with end users, OEMs, distributors, and system integrators
• Improve customer satisfaction through regular engagement and issue resolution
• Conduct customer visits and surveys to enhance service delivery
