  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision making.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
