Job Description

Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Develop account plans and territory strategies for assigned OEM customers

• Identify and create new sales opportunities through prospecting and market analysis

• Drive pipeline generation and ensure closure of qualified opportunities

• Execute value-based selling and outcome-driven sales strategies

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and stakeholders

• Understand customer business models, processes, and requirements

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle

• Collaborate with distributors and partners to enhance customer engagement

Industrial Automation Solution Selling

• Promote industrial automation products such as motion control, drive systems, MES, and control systems

• Understand customer needs and align appropriate solutions

• Support customers in adopting automation and digital transformation technologies

• Leverage internal technical resources to deliver customized solutions

Sales Execution & Opportunity Management

• Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle

• Apply structured sales processes including lead qualification, negotiation, and closure

• Track performance against targets and ensure achievement of sales goals

• Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems such as Salesforce
