Job Description

Your day to day

  • Serve as a key point of contact for all employee relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Conduct investigations into escalated, complex complaints or concerns raised by employees, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership and the HR team to develop and implement strategies and programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs on various HR-related topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and employee rights.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement to HR policies and procedures.

What do you need to bring-

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience managing and resolving employee relations matters.
  • Experience coaching & training managers on best practices
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws & Regional HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a large complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to engage and interact with different stakeholders across all levels in the organization
  • Experience in working in a global environment.
