What is this role all about

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the execution and optimization of high-impact email campaigns for a B2B SaaS audience. From campaign launches to deliverability hygiene and performance optimization, you'll ensure emails drive engagement, pipeline, and conversions.

You will plan, build, and launch email campaigns across newsletters, outbound sequences, nurture journeys, and re-engagement flows.

You will manage clean and structured data by handling audience segmentation, tagging, lead status updates, suppression lists, and deduplication.

You will improve deliverability by coordinating domain warm-ups, maintaining sender reputation, monitoring bounce and complaint rates, and avoiding spam triggers.

You will track campaign performance including open rates, CTRs, reply rates, conversions, and pipeline impact, and optimize based on insights.

You will run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and workflows to continuously improve results.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration drives faster execution and better outcomes.

You have 24 years of hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

You have a strong sense for concise, conversion-focused email copy.

You understand segmentation, personalization tokens, and campaign workflows.

You bring strong execution skills with high attention to detail and ownership.

What are the most critical skills for this role

You understand email deliverability fundamentals including warm-ups, bounce handling, and sender reputation.

You can interpret campaign metrics and optimize based on performance data.

You are comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.

You collaborate well with content, demand gen, and sales teams.

You will have an advantage if you:

You've worked with tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, Smartlead, or Debounce.

You've supported outbound or sales-led email motions.

You've handled re-engagement or lifecycle email programs.

You've directly linked email performance to pipeline or revenue outcomes.
