Roles and Responsibilities

• Partnered with business teams to drive company growth through digital marketing strategies.
• Led end-to-end email marketing including strategy, campaign creation, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Built responsive email templates and executed personalized, segmented campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
• Managed email databases for lead generation, list hygiene, and follow-ups.
• Tracked and analyzed campaign performance using data insights to optimize results.
• Planned and executed digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and WhatsApp Business campaigns.
• Managed and grew social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Measured and reported performance against KPIs to support data-driven decisions.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Experience using CRM.
• Should be familiar with MailChimp, Active Campaign, Pardot or other email marketing channels. Knowledge of HTML is also mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills. Having fluency in both written and spoken English language is a must

Preferred Experience

3 to 5 years in handling Email Marketing, WhatsApp Business, SEM and SMM at any reputed brand in India. A startup experience would be preferred.
