Overview:
Sparix Global is looking for an Email Marketing professional responsible for day-to-day tasks related to lead generation, digital marketing, and customer relationship management. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective Marketing campaigns and foster strong customer relationships.
The primary responsibility is to develop, execute, monitor, adapt, and measure performance on results-driven demand generation (lead generation + lead nurturing) Marketing campaigns for B2B.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging text, image, and video content for email marketing.
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
Manage the Marketing/Hubspot automation tool and campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting, offering proactive insights for improving performance.
Measure and implement tactics for growth.
Provide regular email analytics and reporting updates to leadership and social team
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
Qualifications:
3+years in handling Email Marketing, SEM, and SMM at any reputed brand in India. A start- up experience would be preferred.
Marketing Automation skills required. Marketo preferred.
Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM)
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Proficient in email marketing platforms and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset and ability to track and measure campaign performance
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
