Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage end-to-end email campaign automation workflows (acquisition, onboarding, nurture, retention).
- Use AI/ML tools to generate content, subject lines, and optimize send times.
- AI Email Marketing Automation (AI software, AI Automation tools, N8N, Zapier, Claude)
- Segment audiences using predictive analytics and customer intent signals.
- Generate Leads for the company
- Email Warm-up and verification
- Test and optimize campaigns using A/B, multi-variate, and AI-assisted experimentation.
- Track performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, revenue per mailer) and report insights to Marketing and Product teams.
- Maintain deliverability best practices, compliance, and data hygiene.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, and analytics teams to align automated email flows with customer journeys.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in AI email marketing or AI marketing automation.
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier, N8N, marketer AI engines).
- Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical skills and A/B testing experience.
