Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of equipment to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including planning, availability, and cost control.
- Handle resource and manpower management, including technicians and external vendors.
- Track and analyze maintenance costs and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Drive technician skill development through training and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Lead and support improvement projects in conversion and operational efficiency.
- Monitor power and fuel consumption, implement energy‑saving and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Oversee utility systems and forklift management to ensure availability, safety, and compliance.
