Role: Engineering & Maintenance

What You'll Do:
- Ensure efficient operation of the Plants and Machineries
- Oversee Civil refurbishment tasks
- Take appropriate engineering decision required to avoid operational hazard.
- Tracking the complaints and maintain a monthly tracker
- Assist in the functioning of the particular discipline when their supervisor is not available
- Oversee the performance of day to day Maintenance and Engineering works for all Trades in sub area/s assigned
- Follow SOP and safety norms, take appropriate precautions while operating and executing the works to avoid breakdown due to mishandling.
- Upkeep of department shop floors
- Maintain the GOVT and statutory documents and inform Sr.Manager& DGM for renewal.
- Ensure the implementation of PPM and SOPs and supervise while servicing.
- Oversee the duty roster, and manage the administration for the respective discipline
- Guide the Engineering Supervisors for any snags in services, manage any crisis situation 24/7,
- Coordinate for plans for implementation of new projects
- Perform maintenance activities for the overall maintenance of the hospital
- Subject Matter expertise in Discipline area
What We Are Looking For:
- BE
- 10 - 13 years of experience from a 5 star hotel or a multi-specialty hospital (for BE)
- Diploma in technical stream
