Hiring Electrical Draughtsman (T1) – Solar PV
Experience
- 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in electrical drafting
- Solar project experience preferred; power/energy sector can also apply
Core Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drawings
- Ability to independently prepare drawings based on design inputs
- Understanding of electrical drawings such as SLDs, layouts, cable routing, earthing layouts
- Experience in handling drawing revisions and maintaining version control
Role
- Preparation of electrical drawings (SLDs, layouts, cable routing, earthing, lighting)
- Drafting of inverter stations, pooling substations and related layouts
- Update drawings based on engineering inputs and site feedback
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure documentation accuracy
- Coordinate with engineering team for timely delivery
Software
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Excel (basic working proficiency)
Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electrical or related field
