Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Google Ads Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Google Ads platform, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance tracking to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max.
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant, high-intent search terms.
Write engaging ad copy and create effective ad extensions to improve CTR and ad performance.
Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and day-to-day performance.
Analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CPA.
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve campaign outcomes.
Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to align paid and organic marketing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Required Skills
Working knowledge of the Google Ads platform
Understanding of keyword research tools and techniques
Knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Analytics
Basic understanding of landing page optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience managing lead generation campaigns
Basic understanding of B2B marketing
