D2C E-commerce Executive

About The Opportunity

The role sits in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) retail and e-commerce sector, focused on scaling online-first brands across India. This on-site position is ideal for a growth-oriented operator who can run storefront operations, optimise conversion funnels, and execute digital campaigns to maximise revenue and lifetime value for owned channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end D2C storefront operations—product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and order fulfilment workflows.
  • Execute and optimise paid and organic acquisition tactics in collaboration with marketing—campaign setup, UTM tagging, landing page testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive on-site conversion rate optimisation: A/B tests, merchandising, UX suggestions, and promotional calendar execution.
  • Run email and lifecycle marketing programs (welcome flows, cart recovery, retention campaigns) with strong attention to segmentation and ROI.
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance dashboards: traffic, conversion, AOV, LTV and provide actionable recommendations to increase sales and reduce churn.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, customer support, and creative teams to ensure smooth launches, inventory visibility, and consistent brand experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proven experience managing D2C e-commerce storefronts and executing digital commerce tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting to drive commercial decisions.
  • Familiarity with email/lifecycle marketing and campaign automation.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet-based analysis for sales, margins, and inventory planning.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Preferred
  • Experience with integrated paid media execution and CRO frameworks.
