Electrical Design

Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in designing and developing electrical systems for various applications. You will work closely with engineering teams to create innovative solutions that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation: o Lighting calculations using Visual Lighting & AGI32 software. o Design of Electrical systems (2D & 3D). o Construction documentation (BIM). o Detailed design (BIM). o Power layout/design. QC: o Follow project QC checklist: Electrical o Implement QC standards across the projects: Electrical o Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the projects: Electrical Client Coordination: o Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead. o Capture and analyze the client requirements: Electrical o Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead.

Skills and Qualifications

This role will have no direct reporting associates.

Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks(as assigned by the project lead).

Overall quality of deliverables to the clients(on the assigned tasks): Electrical

Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations. o Modeling o Detailing o Documentation o Design and calculation of electrical(must) Skillset:

Technical o Revit MEP o AutoCAD o BIM360 o Visual Lighting o Navisworks

Domain o USA Electrical/NEC codes and standards. o Working knowledge on USA projects (must). o Working knowledge of Electrical & Power systems. o Design knowledge of Electrical systems is a must.
