Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and drive the diagnostics (SLABS) roadmap aligned with the SuperApp vision.
- Convert operational needs into scalable digital workflows across booking, logistics, and reporting.
- Prioritize product features based on feasibility, value, and stakeholder alignment.
Product Ownership
- Integrate end-to-end eLab & retail lab processes: Order management, catalog structuring, Phlebotomist tracking & fulfilment, bundling, pricing, and returns.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between internal diagnostics teams and the external tech vendor.
- Lead requirement documentation, sprint planning, UAT, and handover during BOT phases.
- Coordinate across sample collection teams, lab operations, logistics vendors, and customer support.
Feature Development & Execution: Lead the design and delivery of
- Test catalog and filter management
- Slot-based booking for home sample collection
- Phlebotomist dispatch, routing, and tracking
- Sample aggregation, hub-spoke routing, and cold chain management
- Report tracking, LIMS integration, and digital delivery
- Diagnostics-Specific Product Requirements: Cold chain compliance, Multi-lab integration, Dynamic pricing, bundled test offers, and discounting logic, Subscription and wellness check-up modules
Analytics & Performance Optimization: Define and monitor diagnostics KPIs
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in product management; diagnostics or healthtech experience preferred
- Exposure to LIMS or diagnostic service delivery platforms is a strong plus
- Preferred prior experience with tech-vendor driven development
Skills & Competencies
- Strong grasp of diagnostics workflows and digital order flows
- Familiarity with lab systems (LIMS), scheduling tools, and logistics platforms
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and user outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
