Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. As an Educational Counselor, you will provide personalized student counseling, guiding students in making informed career and educational decisions. Your daily responsibilities will include advising students about courses and career prospects, conducting student assessments, addressing their queries, and maintaining effective communication with potential students and their families. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional guidance that aligns with the students goals and aspirations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills to guide and support students effectively.
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and an understanding of education trends for providing tailored advice to students.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage with students and their guardians clearly and empathetically.
- A deep understanding of diverse Education systems and career development frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in student advising or educational consultancy is highly advantageous.
