Educational Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Educational Counselor, based in New Delhi. The Educational Counselor will provide one-on-one student counseling, assist with educational and career planning, and guide students through the application process for courses and institutions. The role involves understanding individual student aspirations, providing personalized mentoring, and delivering insights to enable informed decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be critical for engaging with students, parents, and academic institutions.

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education-related practices
• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop personalized strategies for student success
• Empathy, active listening skills, and a student-centered approach
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• Familiarity with national and international academic systems is an advantage
