We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counselor to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in counseling students for New Zealand education pathways and will play a key role in guiding them throughout their academic journey.
Role Overview
As an Educational Counselor, you will:
- Provide personalized guidance to students on study options and career pathways.
- Assist in developing tailored study plans based on student profiles.
- Conduct detailed student assessments and offer career counseling.
- Convert student inquiries into successful applications through effective sales and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with students, educational institutions, and internal teams.
- Build and nurture positive relationships to ensure smooth processing and student success.
- Professionally manage student portfolios with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Student Counselling specifically for New Zealand.
- Strong understanding of educational processes; knowledge of NZ education and immigration systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Ability to build trust, engage students effectively, and meet conversion targets.
- Dynamic, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing student files with attention to detail.
