Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home on some occasions. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in their educational and career choices, providing personalized counseling, and delivering accurate information on study programs and visa procedures. The role will also include strategizing career plans, consulting on various educational opportunities, and maintaining communication with prospective and current students to ensure seamless support throughout the application process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and a strong understanding of study abroad processes
• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving their academic and professional ambitions
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with students and parents
• Familiarity with higher education systems, institutions, and program options in popular international study destinations
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and effectively manage both in-office and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or related fields
• Experience in the study abroad consulting industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
