Role Description
The Education Counsellor will play a key role in guiding prospective students by providing tailored educational consulting and career counseling services. Responsibilities include understanding learner needs, suggesting suitable programs, addressing inquiries, and guiding applicants through admission procedures. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Strong skills in Career Counseling and Education-related guidance
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to build trust and establish a rapport with students
- Proficient in presenting information and explaining educational pathways
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in student guidance or educational institutions is a plus
