Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Counsellor - Overseas Education. The role involves providing guidance and counseling to students aiming to pursue education abroad. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding students educational goals, assisting with university and program selection, offering career counseling, and guiding them through applications and processes. Additionally, the role will require clear and effective communication to help students make well-informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficiency in Career Counseling with a focus on global education opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with education systems, processes, and institutions abroad
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with students and their families
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
