We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Remote (Preference: Calicut)

Experience: 12 years in Sales / EdTech / Counselling roles

Language: Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

Compensation: 25,00035,000/month + attractive performance incentives

As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first connection between 1% Abroad and our aspiring students. You'll consult, counsel, and convert helping them take that crucial first step toward studying abroad.

• Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Understand student goals and recommend the right service package
• Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with our mentors
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly registration targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve funnel performance

• 12 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech or counselling)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to empathize with students and build trust
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative attitude
• Willingness to work from our Calicut office (preferred)
