Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos.
- Understand student requirements and career goals to recommend the right program.
- Explain the program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly.
- Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport.
- Guide students through the end-to-end admission process.
- Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth experience from the initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain lead information in the CRM and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
- Track performance metrics including call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic CRM and computer skills.
