Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking an eCommerce Executive for a Leading Book Publisher.

Job Profile:

Marketplace & Catalog Management

Create, update, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, and Blinkit.

Maintain accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, categories, attributes, and product metadata.

Optimize listings and backend keywords using tools such as Helium 10 to improve visibility and ranking.

Manage bulk uploads, catalog updates, and resolve listing errors and suppressions.

Quality & Data Management

Conduct regular QC audits to identify and correct catalog discrepancies, missing data, and duplicates.

Track listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI (Optional).

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare PPTs and data-driven insights for performance reviews and optimization initiatives.

Coordinate with Design, Marketing, and Operations teams for timely content and listing updates.

Follow SOPs and ensure accurate and timely execution of assigned tasks.

eCommerce Executive Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce listing, catalog management, or marketplace operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon and other major marketplaces.

Strong knowledge of keyword research tools such as Helium 10.

Experience in backend keyword optimization and listing SEO.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets (Required) and working knowledge of Power BI (optional).

Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports and performance dashboards.

Experience in creating PPT presentations for reporting and idea sharing.

Strong understanding of product metadata, catalog structure, and QC processes.

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Strong team player with good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage large volumes of data in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
