Ecommerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Handle end-to-end order processing, tracking, and fulfillment from our website and other aggregator platforms.
• Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate with major shipping aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure timely dispatches, manage RTOs (Return to Origin), and resolve transit issues.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across channels, update inventory in real-time, and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
• Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on sales, order fulfillment status, shipping costs, and returns.

Requirements & Qualification

• sExperience: 1–2 years of core experience working with an e-commerce or D2C brand
• .Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience running and managing Shopify, Unicommerce & Shiprocket dashboards
• .Logistics Knowledge: Prior experience working with shipping and logistics aggregators to manage bulk orders and track dispatches

• :Good understanding of uniform cataloging systems
• .Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (for data management and reporting)
• .High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• .Ability to problem-solve logistics and operational hiccups quickly
