Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Fitspire's online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination. The Ecommerce Specialist will monitor website and marketplace performance, analyze sales trends, and recommend improvements to drive revenue and customer engagement. Daily tasks include updating product content, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, resolving customer issues related to online orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The role also involves tracking key ecommerce metrics, preparing performance reports, and supporting the implementation of new online initiatives.

• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize ecommerce strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle queries, returns, and order-related concerns professionally.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Relevant experience in ecommerce operations, online marketplaces, or digital retail is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with ecommerce tools, platforms (such as major marketplaces or CMS systems), and basic Excel or reporting tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
