Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Surat. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the daily operations of the company's online store, including updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and maintaining accurate pricing. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, identifying trends, implementing strategies to optimize sales performance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent service standards are met. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to improve the online shopping experience and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce operations and strategies
• Proficiency in Sales and marketing concepts related to online platforms
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and track performance
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing and SEO is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
