Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Ecommerce Specialist role based in Surat. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage online sales platforms, optimize product listings, monitor sales performance, and analyze data to improve revenue. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with customers, providing excellent customer support, and collaborating with teams to drive e-commerce growth. The role also involves identifying market trends and implementing sales strategies.

• Strong E-Commerce skills and expertise in managing online platforms
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, spot trends, and improve performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in e-commerce or the manufacturing industry is a plus
