Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Ecommerce Specialist, based in Surat. The key responsibilities include managing and optimizing product listings on online marketplaces, conducting market analysis, and monitoring advertising campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI. The Specialist will oversee inventory tracking, fulfillment coordination, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data for actionable insights and assisting in developing strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales-related skills, including marketplace management, product listing optimization, and promotional planning
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable strategies
• Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and familiarity with tools/platforms like Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub is an advantage
