Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business across

marketplaces, Quick Commerce platforms, and brand.com. This role requires strong ownership of

inventory planning, data analysis, and performance optimization, especially in Quick Commerce

environments where speed, availability, and accuracy directly impact revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms
  • such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
  • Own inventory planning and replenishment across platforms to ensure high availability %,
  • optimal cover days, and minimal OOS, with special focus on Quick Commerce.
  • Analyze sales, demand patterns, and contribution margins to make data-backed decisions on
  • assortment, pricing, and stock depth.
  • Handle product listings, catalog updates, SEO, and A+ content.
  • Optimize ads and platform levers (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and Quick Commerce growth
  • tools) to improve ROAS and ACOS.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, creative, and platform account managers
  • to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Handle product listings, catalog updates, SEO, and A+ content.
  • Optimize marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) for better ROAS/ACOS.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, creative, and marketplace teams.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of hands-on marketplace management experience in a D2C brand.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Understanding of e-commerce KPIs, algorithms, and ads.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience with D2C platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) is a plus.
