About the Role-

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling Dark Stores, QSR operations, online aggregators, and various e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong coordination, operational excellence, and analytical skills to ensure smooth day-to-day online operations and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities-

Platform & Store Management -

Manage online listings, pricing, inventory sync, and product visibility across platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon,Flipkart, etc.

Maintain and monitor Dark Store operations to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.

Ensure product availability, stock accuracy, daily menu updates, and category management.

Order & Operations Management

Monitor real-time orders, resolve issues, and ensure seamless order processing.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth fulfillment.

Manage packaging standards, order SLAs, and reduce cancellations or rejections.

Sales & Growth

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all online channels.

Execute growth strategies, platform campaigns, new product launches, and promotions.

Conduct competitor analysis, pricing benchmarking, and category insights. Customer Experience & Quality

Track customer ratings, complaints, and feedback to ensure high service standards.

Coordinate with store teams to maintain hygiene, quality, and operational compliance.

Ensure timely resolution of escalations from platforms. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, order trends, and platform performance.

Liaise with platform account managers for promotions, visibility, and performance improvement.

Support in onboarding new stores, enabling new platforms, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Dark Store Management, QSR, or Food Retail.

Strong knowledge of aggregator dashboards (Swiggy/Zomato/Amazon/Flipkart).

Good understanding of online order fulfillment, inventory, menu management & SLA compliance.

Excellent coordination, analytical skills, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and platform analytics

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
