Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Mastery: Experince in end-to-end management of marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Jiomart,Nykaa Fashion, etc.)
  • Revenue Ownership: Drive the monthly sales P&L by optimizing organic visibility and managing performance marketing (AMS, PLA, etc.) for maximum ROI.
  • Whitespaces & Category Growth: Proactively identify whitespaces in the fashion accessory category; analyze market gaps and consumer demand to build and launch new product offerings that capture untapped market share.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with Category Managers across all platforms to ensure Salty gets prime real estate during major sale events (EORS, BBD, Great Indian Festival).
  • Marketing & Ads: Run high-ROI ad campaigns (AMS, PLA, PCA) and participate in platform-led events (BBD, EORS, etc.).
  • Inventory Intelligence: Forecast demand accurately to ensure high fill rates while maintaining healthy stock-turnover ratios.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use platform analytics to deep-dive into conversion rates, CTRs, and customer feedback to iterate on our product and listing strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 4+ years managing fashion/lifestyle brands on major marketplaces.
  • Strategic Thinker: You don't just manage what's there; you look for what's missing and build a strategy to own that space.
  • Platform Pro: Expert-level knowledge of Seller/Vendor Centrals (Amazon, Myntra PP/MP, Flipkart, Ajio).
  • Speed: You are ready to join a high-growth environment within 1530 days.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to turn raw data into actionable growth levers.
