Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies
  • Manage and optimize the company's website and online store
  • Monitor online sales performance, KPIs, and analytics
  • Improve conversion rates and customer journey
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for website improvements
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends
  • Ensure secure online payment and smooth checkout experience
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Online revenue growth
  • Conversion rate
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Average order value (AOV)
  • Website traffic and engagement metrics
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce management
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with commercial awareness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in D2C or marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and paid ads
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Experience managing a team
