Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies
- Manage and optimize the company's website and online store
- Monitor online sales performance, KPIs, and analytics
- Improve conversion rates and customer journey
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for website improvements
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends
- Ensure secure online payment and smooth checkout experience
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

- Online revenue growth

- Website traffic and engagement metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
- Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools
- Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with commercial awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C or marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Knowledge of performance marketing and paid ads
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience managing a team
