Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to handle product listings, account management, and growth of our online sales channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart & JioMart
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
- Handle inventory management and stock updates
- Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries
- Manage pricing strategies and competitor analysis
- Run promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Handle account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics
- Manage return claims and marketplace disputes
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Marketing / IT preferred)
- Experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplace accounts
- Knowledge of listing optimization & SEO
- Understanding of Seller Central dashboards
- Basic Excel knowledge for reports and inventory tracking
- Experience in plumbing / hardware category is a plus
