Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager who will own and drive performance across key marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands listings, advertising, data, and growth levers, and can work closely with the founder and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations & Growth

End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Seller Panel

Drive sales growth through listing optimisation, visibility, and ads

Manage FBA planning, replenishment, ageing stock, and inventory health

Track and analyse category, competitor, and keyword trends

Listings & Content

Create, optimise, and manage product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords)

Ensure listing hygiene, suppression fixes, and content accuracy

Coordinate for images, A+ content, and catalogue improvements

Data & Performance

Analyse sales, ACOS, ROAS, conversion, traffic, and profitability

Build reports and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets

Leverage Amazon PI tools, search term reports, and keyword tools

Ads & Visibility

Manage and optimise Amazon and Myntra ads

Improve discoverability, ranking, and conversion

Execute launch plans, deal events, and seasonal pushes

Who We're Looking For

24 years of relevant experience in D2C / e-commerce / marketplace roles

Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Myntra portals

Comfortable with Excel, data analysis, and performance tracking

Strong understanding of FBA planning, keywords, and growth levers

Data-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
