We are seeking a highly organized and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting influencer campaigns, building relationships with creators, and helping to amplify our brand's presence across social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team and help shape how we engage with our growing community.

Location: Sector 142, Noida

Experience Level: 12 years preferred

Industry: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), E-commerce, Digital Marketing, skincare industry would be bonus

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Platform Management

  • Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on the company's ecommerce platform.
  • Ensure website content, banners, and landing pages reflect current campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with IT/development teams to address technical issues and enhance website performance.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy, usability, and compliance with brand standards.

2. Ecommerce Operations & Sales Performance

  • Monitor daily sales performance and key ecommerce metrics including conversion rates, traffic, and order value.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, discount codes, and product bundles in alignment with marketing calendars.
  • Analyze customer data to identify purchasing trends and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Work with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

3. Digital Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing initiatives and customer retention programs.
  • Support social commerce activities across platforms such as Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop.
  • Apply SEO and content optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.

4. Customer Experience Management

  • Manage customer feedback, reviews, and queries in coordination with the customer service team.
  • Ensure seamless and positive customer journeys across all online touchpoints.
  • Analyze post-purchase behavior to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ecommerce tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for new online initiatives, product opportunities, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, digital advertising, and online merchandising.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and digital innovation.
