Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Ecommerce Manager to lead and optimize our online business operations. Based on-site in Rajkot, the role involves managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing trends, driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to boost online presence, streamline processes, and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in E-Commerce platforms (i.e. Amazon, Flipkart...etc.) and sales strategies
• Ability to design and execute effective Marketing campaigns
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration and client relationships
• Experience in managing online sales channels and customer interactions
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce or retail management is a plus
