Role Description

Anudip Foundation is seeking a Sales Trainers for one of our collaborators-a top rated mutual fund company for a full-time, on-site role based in any of the locations-Jaipur, Udaipur, Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore The Sales Trainer will be responsible for effective sales training programs front line sales executives who will be selling financial instruments.Key responsibilities include training and coaching frontline sales team on sales techniques ,financial products communication strategies, and customer service best practices. , and providing constructive feedback to enhance participants skills and confidence in sales-related activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and expertise in delivering engaging and effective Sales Trainings
• Proven experience in Sales Training in BFSI sector
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of Customer Service principles and ability to train on customer interaction and satisfaction strategies
• Prior experience in sales or in a training role is mandatory
• Flexibility to work onsite and travel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred
